“I trained with Bela quite a few years ago & remembered that she came back to my neck of the woods. I figured I had nothing to lose, except for some fat & extra lbs. I made the decision to take control of my life and that I come first. That’s exactly what I did! Kids are now older, my medical issues were behind me. I was finally starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel. Time to quit making excuses & get back into a healthy lifestyle. 
I starting training in March 2015. Bela set me up with a food plan, which for most people would have been ecstatic! OMG so much food. I think this was the hardest part for me. I did the best I could, setting reminders to eat, etc. Imagine??? Can I say, you have to eat to lose?  I know sounds crazy, right? But it’s so true! 
In June I had an acute Gallbladder attack which led be back in the hospital. My doctor said I was out of commission for 6 weeks. Even with not being able to work out & do nothing physical except leisure walks, it was easy to stay on track when Bela would check with me to see how I was doing. She’s great support all the way around, from fitness to food to holding you hand if you need it. 
Even though I had a couple setbacks between my shoulder & the surgery. It was easy to get right back on the horse, as they say. Having said that, I’m down  21.25 inches & 24 pounds. If you think about it, in reality that was in 4 months because of the time off I had to take. 
I feel & looks great, did I mention I feel that I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been? Better shape than most teenagers out there nowadays. Pretty good for an old lady. Well not quite so old! Those of you in your 40’s know what I mean! 
I will try to stop rambling. Bottom line, if you have the pleasure of working with BelaBody Fitness, DO IT! You won’t regret it. She is the real deal. If you want it, she can help you get there!”

"Bela, I just wanted to say thank you for helping to introduce me to the program of my life. I have had a hard time with keeping in shape since I was a teenager and I developed some hormonal problems. I never thought that I could be happy with my body the way that I am on my way to being. Since starting your fitness routine and Isogenix, I have noticed considerable and quickly growing results. My energy level is unbelievable as well as the difference in my overall health and even skin has been better. Not to mention the slim down in my whole body. "The worst and best day of my life was on June 1st, 2010. At 39 years old I was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was through that ordeal that I learned who was really in my corner and who wasn't, I realized what was really important in life and learned to put myself first. Yes, what a novel idea, making me more important than anyone else. 
For the past two years I've been on medication. My body was gaining this excess weight and while I new I had to take the medication as a preventative from breast cancer reoccurrence, I couldn't take the weight and fatigue I was feeling. I looked into crash diets but knew in my mind I really needed to find a way to discipline myself to exercise and eat right. I overheard someone on the train talking about Bela and how good she is, so I got her number and called her. 
I still remember that Sunday morning that I walked into BelaBody Fitness studio. She was so warm, non-judgemental and full of energy. It was Bela that helped bring me back to life! That was back in September of 2012 when I made the commitment to make my life all about me. Over the past 3 months I feel like a new woman! I am currently down 23 pounds, 34 total inches and 3 sizes."

"In March I was speaking with my sister-in-law about changing up my exercise routine because I had plateaued and results were scarce. She suggested a gym membership again but I was eager to be challenged. She told me about a trainer, Bela Santos and then gave me links to research. Kickin'Body captured my attention. I had taken kick boxing back in the 90's - I thought fantastic, that will jump start my metabolism. 
I met Bela in April and signed up for 8 classes. My intention was to learn a few things and resume my own exercise regiment - ya' right! I swore to my sister-in-law I had no interest in a nutritional assessment or shakes or calorie counting... 
So here I am 3 months later. Down 18 lbs--healthier, stronger, confident, challenged and hooked on Bela's Healthy Lifestyle guidance. I took on the Isagenix 30 day Challenge with exciting results and now I am on the athletes program. I am gladly drinking my vanilla shakes for breakfast; perfect for a person who has no time and going 100 mph. Lunch is normally a small piece of fruit and another shake or meal bar. Dinner is a balanced meal methodically planned with considerations to fat- yes fat - and protein. Something Bela identified I was lacking. I feel satisfied and I have results to prove it. Even my most recent vacation was not compromised by "falling off the healthy wagon". Thank you convenient meal bars; even the hubby ate them.

"I can't say enough great things about Bela and her program. Even though I only trained with her privately for a month (because I don't live close to her studio), I still use what she has taught me regularly. Before going to Bela, I was following Weight Watchers and working out 5 times a week. The weight came off extremely slow and after 5 pounds in 3 months felt extremely frustrated. After seeing what amazing results a friend of mine got with Bela and Isagenix I went to see her. After the first week of eating "clean" lost 3 pounds. I know I don't have much "weight to lose" but to me that was HUGE. Then she introduced me to Isagenix... This is when I saw major changes in my body that I honestly never thought I could ever achieve! I swear this is GOLD in a bottle! Not only have I lost an additional 8 pounds in 2 months, but I went from a size 8 to a size 4 (back into my old clothes)... I also stopped taking allergy medicine in these two months and sleep so much better at night following the entire regimen Bela coached me on. To be honest I thought that all the reviews I read on the Isagenix were just hype, but now I can say that these products are truly amazing. "I love taking Bela’s classes, and I am thrilled with my results so far. As someone with persistent back and neck issues, including sciatica, I have found that the bodyBASIX class has been particularly helpful to me. I have received a tremendous amount of relief from the deep stretches and core strengthening exercises in class, and my chiropractor and massage therapist have both been very happy with my improvement. My endurance and overall strength have also increased since I’ve been taking Bela’s classes, specifically with the BODYworks class. The classes are small to allow for a lot of individualized attention, and they are never boring; day to day and week to week the routines are slightly different, and as one exercise is mastered there is always a new variation to take its place. The classes can be challenging, but Bela’s enthusiasm and energy really carry over to her clients.
